COVID-19 Statement

At Bright New Beginnings, our top priority is always the safety of our staff and patients. With so much current attention on the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to reassure you that we are taking every measure possible to ensure your experience with our staff and doctors is clean and safe to ensure the best care possible while decreasing the chance of spreading infection.

We wanted to provide an update to our patients about upcoming appointments, what we are doing to keep you safe, and a few precautionary measures you can take during this time.

Information for Upcoming Appointments:

If you have traveled outside of the U.S. in the last 4 weeks or have come into contact with someone who has, please let us know before coming to your appointment.
We will continue to schedule patients as usual; however, if you have an upcoming appointment and are experiencing any cold or flu-like symptoms, respiratory illness, or have a fever, we ask that you please let us know before coming to your appointment.
If you do arrive to your appointment with flu-like symptoms, we may request that you reschedule your appointment.

Please know that all of our equipment, devices, and entire environment are cleaned thoroughly and regularly in an effort to follow CDC guidelines, employing all recommended precautionary measures to prevent the spread of infection. As the situation evolves, we may change service or staffing protocols to ensure that we are responsive to the latest information and health guidance.

Here are a few extra precautionary measures you can take during this time:

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth; use clean tissues.
Wipe down all surfaces with antibacterial spray/wipes.
